Sort yourselves out people! Customers come in because they need stuff. Itās your JOB to serve them. If you donāt like it find another job! Itās not our fault you are miserable! Went in to Boots 173-175 Camden High street to buy perfume. There was no one at the front tills. Walk in further to find a female shop assistant stacking racks. Explained what I wanted, to be told to go to the pharmacy till as the person there had the keys to the shelves. The queue was about 10-12 people long, plus she would not have been able to leave the till to show me the perfume (anyone with common sense could see that) So walked further to find someone else. Found this person with a hijab. Could not care less if I was a customer. Said there would be two at the front and to go ask them.(As I mentioned before, no one was at the front till) but insisted there was! Walked to the from of the shop and found another person stacking. Repeated, for the third time what I needed. Finally she walked to where the perfumes were, took out the keys from the front drawer and showed me the perfume I wanted! Then could not wait for me to leave! At the till, as there was some bag issue, had to bring someone to stand guard so that I donāt run off with the perfume! One would think no one buys perfumes or anything expensive from that place or they were suspicious of me as I donāt look British! Horrendous customer service! At least the last person didnāt turn her nose up at me like the other two! Someone needs to sort these people out. The only person that was doing anything was the person and the pharmacy till, but she too looked overwhelmed. Not surprised with the colleagues...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'd like to give a big thank you to the staff at Boots who are very good. The security are always super friendly. The pharmacy team deserve a medal for how much patience they have when they are very busy and have to deal with rude or idiotic customers. Jonathan in particular is always super patient and kind to all customers. I regularly see customers who want to complain to the pharmacy when it's nothing to do with the pharmacy, tell their life story, hold up other customers for a very long time, have to be told the same helpful instructions by the pharmacists over and over again, or do not speak English properly. The pharmacists never lose their temper and always try to do everything they can to help customers. I do think the pharmacists should be able to cut customers off when customers have been told the same thing multiple times and are just wasting time. I suggest it would be helpful to have large directional arrows on the floor clearly indicating which is the queue for prescriptions and which is the queue for all other products because there is often a lot of confusion and people wasting time standing in the wrong place or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely unimpressed with AMIR , the male shop assistant who works the only till in the shop. Short guy with dark hairā¦. Normally wears a head set and is holding a conversation with someone some where in the world, is rude as ####. Pushes the items around on the till point scanner as is so self entitled he wants you to hold up each item that needs scanning. Avoid him at all cost. I asked for a item that was behind the till, he then presided to randomly ofer me items that were not what i wanted, he then cam back to the till with an item and insisted that this is what i wanted, I said that it was not what i had asked for, but he insisted it was the right thing. I paid the Ā£21. Walk around the till point and stood behind the lady who was behind me. And asked for a refund point out again that he had given me the incorrect medicine. Before he almost kills some one he needs to be moved from the till and put on the shop...
