Probably one of the worst experience I ever had . I’m disabled and suffering from a bad heart , I went to marks and Spencer’s in Camden to return a pair of trousers, I was told by the cashier they only accept women’s clothes, and was told I had to go to archway stall . I ask the cashier if she could ask her manager if I can return the trousers because I am severely ill with a bad heart and have limited leg movement. The manager said no , and told me to go to archway branch , again I pointed out that I’m severely ill and having severe manic pain in my legs , again the manager said no and basically told me to get out of her shop . I got a taxicab to archway branch an was told again I can not return the trousers because they do not sell clothes. I was so exhausted I started to feel dizzy and the staff got me a chair for me to sit on . I was a victim of a hit and run and I have had hip replacement, my leg is full of metal I suffer from chronic pain , my heart is damaged because of blood clots , and I’m can only walk very small distances. Surly telling a manager of Mark and Spencer’s my plight, they would have the decency to let me return my trousers in the Camden store . But no...
Read moreWhenever I come here the staff are ever so polite and helpful from the security to the checkout people and cleaners. Yesterday, I was exhausted and wanted to get my lunch down me before going back to work and there were queues of mostly older people I wanted to avoid due to their vulnerability although I am always masked. A lovely person called Lisa was incredibly helpful. Hand on heart, she was the most helpful person in a shop that I have encountered this whole pandemic. She went the extra mile and got me to a self checkout till and out of the shop faster. Retail workers are underrated. Without food and service, other keyworkers and people in general would not have the energy to keep going. We are all cogs in a wheel. Generally speaking, this store is somewhere I have felt safe entering. All staff are warm, welcoming and professional here. I hope they and their families all remain...

She had also been having VERY good chat to the woman in front of me. Maybe she took offence at me being unable to remove my sunglasses due to the migraine that was just starting. And loud noise in camden makes it worse so i had noise cancelling headphones on (TURNED OFF). I really would have loved a smile as i felt so awful that day. So instead I thanked her only to Only to get in response " Yea its been real speacial". This i could understand from a teenager or tweentysomething. No this was a Mature person. PLEASE M&S is this REALLY the way you want your...
