Bubble Inc Ltd — Local services in London

I own a children's party business and bought a pro bubble machine from Bubble Inc. for just under £100 - a sizeable investment! I purchased the products I needed before launching my biz and therefore there was a delay between purchasing the machine and using it for the first time. At my first event I found this professional bubble machine did not work! I contacted the company the following day to explain my problem and was told that they had in fact had other complaints about this model as the factory had not washed off silicone from some of them, therefore preventing them from making bubbles..! A slight concern.. as it is a bubble machine!! I was told to wash it and that should fix the problem, however as I had explained my situation and the reason for the delay in using it, that even though my machine was now out of warranty they would still replace it if the problem was not resolved with washing it. I have now washed it and the problem persists. I have contacted Bubble Inc. and asked to have the machine replaced as I need it for an event this Saturday. The response from the owner is.. It is now out of warranty - we won't replace it. Needless to say I won't be purchasing from this business again. I also wouldn't recommend purchasing the reduce wetting pro bubble liquid from them (they make this themselves) it is also of a poor quality in my opinion...

The Bubble Wizard is insanely good. I think he might be a real wizard.

He came to our daughters 6th birthday and kept the children enthralled. There were gasps of joy, lots of bouncing up and down with excitement and my daughter said her face hurt from smiling so much!

There was pure unabandoned fun as they popped bubbles, sat open mouthed watching Bubble wizardry and laughter when he put my husband and daughter inside a Bubble.

The bubble wizard has a natural ease with children, a great comedy timing and brings a sense of calm and magic to any event. I honestly can't recommend enough.

So many parents messaged after our party to say "he was insanely good." Thank you for making our party so special and one we will remember for ever.

Had a brilliant weekend of bubble fun in the park with our new bubble toys. The Bubbiliser gun is fantastic, a constant stream of bubbles, and really easy for young kids to use. And it lights up! The bubble sword makes massive bubbles and I was surprised that even small people can get the hang of it. Definitely worth getting the Supapop bubble mix for bigger bubbles. Considering festivals are off this year, it's nice to create your own in the park, we had a gang of excited kids come to...
