Popped into N Bond street earlier today with a question as I purchased a ring for my wife in Bulgari Zurich a week ago which turned out a size too big. The gentlemen who met me (short buzz haircut) right away started asking about taxes and said he couldn’t help and for me to contact the Zurich store. I asked what taxes have to do with it and he couldn’t quite explain it. He made me feel like I almost stole this ring from Bulgari. The level of customer service and empathy per se, is shocking. If the stores/brand is not connected internationally he just needed to explain it well. Quite disappointing to say the least. The gentlemen definitely needs more training in customer facing role as i have never seen such dismissive behaviour in any other luxury goods store. Read moreI visited the Bulgari shop on New Bond Street on 5/01/2025 to collect an order. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I would expect from a high-end brand. The gentleman at the door was notably unfriendly, which left an unpleasant impression, especially as it seemed to stem from the fact that we were speaking Russian.
Inside the store, the service was better—fairly quick, and the lady assisting us was friendly and professional. However, the click-and-collect service was disappointing. Despite ordering well in advance, I had to chase customer support, only to find out that the store had simply forgotten to scan the arrived item and send the notification that it was ready for collection.

From the moment we walked into BVLGARI we were greeted by Daniel, who instantly asked what we were looking for. Once we explained we wanted a ring for a man but weren’t sure what style, Daniel took us around and began showing us options. We then got comfortable and he brought everything over for my partner to try on. When we weren’t quite sure about size and there wasn’t the size in store, Daniel quickly requested it from head office and it arrived at the store within an hour for us to try. He really was fantastic - patience, offered great advice, and no pressure to purchase. By the end of the day - it was between this ring and another competitor company, we ended up purchasing from BVLGARI and Daniel was partly the reason. We will definitely be coming back....
