A Disappointment Wrapped in False Elegance

Despite the allure that Isabell’s purports to offer, my recent experience at this establishment left much to be desired. As someone accustomed to a certain standard of service and ambiance, I found Isabell’s to be a veritable antithesis of what one expects from a venue of its purported calibre.

Upon arrival, the inattentiveness of the staff was immediately apparent. One does not expect to wait an inordinate amount of time for the simplest of acknowledgments, yet that was precisely our experience. Adding insult to injury, we were unceremoniously ushered from our table, despite having not concluded our drinks. This is not my first time coming here and it will be the last time I visit a poor business like this that lacks so much old management was good this management is poor

The discrimination is atrocious the food is bland and poor quality the door staff lie for no reason and the place lacks professionalism

Coming to the door I was told they are in full capacity which was a lie as my friend was inside and said the bar wasn’t at full capacity makes no sense I confronted the security guard and the guilt of quietness came from him the booking staff apologised to me and let me in which was kind but lying is is not great

Food was mediocre cocktails was reasonable but I have a serious enquiry on why they was so many escorts at the bar is this a establishment for escorts or for fine dining it makes no sense at all even when your bar is empty you have escorts sitting on there phone yet I am told it’s full capacity outside

I dislike poor management styles and staff who lie it brings more than a tarnished reputation but business practices need to be investigated here
