I recently came across the review posted by someone who shared the same experience as me. I have visited the reviews and ca see they have removed her review. Please do not visit this place.

They have caused severe damage to my hair and my cousins hair. My cousin left a review for them and they have deleted the review and also blocked me from social media. I went for a Balayage and ended with an ombra which was a lovely colour when I left the salon but ended up turning yellow after one wash. I visited them twice and on one visit they added toner which brought the colour back to when I left the salon.Again, after shampooing my hair went yellow. My concern has not been only the colour. It has been the whole experience. I do not understand why they had to bleach our entire head when it is not needed. I was told they dont use bleach and I was stupid enough to fall for it.

It has been 2 years and I have not coloured my hair due to the damage she has caused. While I was in the salon I complained of a lot of ichtiness on my scalp and I was told not to complain and it is normal to experience this. I was very paitent with thme and visited them post the colour twice making 2 hours journey however they way they blocked me and treated me upset me so much because they charge high end salon prices but their service does not match it.

I just want to warn all of you not to go here because they will damage your hair. My scalp is damaged due to them bleaching my head from the root to the tip which was not even needed as I only needed a balayage but I walked out with an ombre. Even at that point I did not complaint and said never mind they did what they did. But seeing your entire head yellow the next time is not a great experience.

I went to this salon expecting a Brazilian blowout, but let me tell you – I got bamboozled. The “lady” ended up doing a cheap keratin treatment instead, for the price of Brazilian Blowout and had no clue about the difference between the products. I mean, I've been getting Brazilian blowouts for many years, and this was a first for me!

Usually, you wash your hair right after a Brazilian blowout, but she told me to wait for three days. That's when it hit me – I got an overpriced keratin treatment instead. To top it off, she wanted to do a keratin treatment and hair dye at the same time. That's a big red flag for a hairdresser who's just after your money and doesn't care about your hair.

After washing my hair (three days later, mind you), the back of my hair was a frizzy mess. So, I texted her, asking to fix the disaster she'd created. But she straight-up denied and hurled some nasty words at me. Should've seen it coming, though – she was low-key patronizing the whole time I was at the salon.

Take my advice – don't bother with this place. This hairdresser just wants your money and couldn't care less about your hair. She torched mine and then had the audacity to be rude about it. Save your coins and go...

Only giving one star because I can’t write a review otherwise. TERRIBLE customer service. I booked for 11:00 and have the confirmation email. I arrive and no one’s there. I call a couple of times and sent to voicemail. Finally get through on third call and someone answers, telling me the appointment had been put back to 11:15. I wasn’t told this. Then said he’d be 10 minutes with zero apology. I can only assume I’d have to wait for him to set up and open up as well because the doors were locked.

I’m sure the cuts and colour are great but do not book in the morning and do not expect good...
