While this store has a nice selection of clothes, the staff are not helpful and one in particular quite rude. I had asked a staff member for a particular size and without even checking she told me they don't have it. I then asked for it in any colour as there were three other colours and she reluctantly told me she will go have a look. After we waited for 15 minutes I found her in the store and asked her if she had managed to look for the size and she told me they don't have it. I then went to the till and waited for 15 minutes to ask if they have it in another Cos store. The gentleman at the store then told me to go to the fitting room and ask the lady there. When I got there and I asked her she said she didn't know how to use the tablet and asked another colleague to come and after an entire conversation of her explaining to her colleague how to use it she then told me that I can't check for other sizes in other stores and that I would have to call myself. Read moreRecently brought in an item to do a faulty exchange as I was bought some trousers as a gift and there was a hole in the pocket. The first man that served me was very friendly, apologetic and understanding but I can’t say the same for the manager who had to authorise it. Short woman with glasses who was extremely rude and lacked empathy for the situation. She said she needed proof of purchase despite being stood there in an outfit of COS and knowing it was a gift to which I wasn’t given a receipt for. All I wanted was to exchange it for the same trousers or get store credit. After I persisted she finally put through the exchange. When I asked for the receipt she told me I don’t get one which is ridiculous and not policy at all. Such a shame for one of the biggest COS in London to employ such rude and unwelcoming staff. Read moreYou expect in a store of this calibre a great customer service. Two staff, one of whom a manager were helping one customer for over 15 minutes while a queue was piling up at the tills. When I asked one of them who happened to be the store manager allegedly, whether there is another staff to serve the tills she became so rude and had appalling behaviour. She thought she would carry on pffending me by asking for ID for a refund. When I said I have done several refunds and never got asked for ID and I think she did this to retaliate she became even more rude. I did not mind being asked for ID and provided it, I mind the appalling behaviour and abysmal attitude of seniors in store who think they are far superior than the customer and attwmpt to insult.
