Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Riding to work today the Dawson's van driver threw a lighted cigarette out the window and it just missed me.

When I rang the shop to complain a guy called the manager Jason told me that I should have dealt with it on the road. After pointing out that smoking in a working vehicle is illegal as far as I know. And the driver should not be throwing a lighted cigarettes out of the window in the first place. Jason ending up raising his voice to me as tho it I was i the wrong

If he would have only had listened to a valid complaint and assured me that it would be dealt with the matter would have been closed. Sadly Jason neither took my complaint seriously or treated me with any common courtesy that these incidents require to...

I went into Dawson to get some flowers. It was a relatively small purchase but Zoe took time to help me choose an appropriate bunch of flowers for a hospital visit to lift someone's spirit. Such a kind lady to listen, reassure & serve my needs. The fresh flowers were professionally cut & placed in wrapping with water with a pretty card neatly tucked in the blooms.

There was no pressure to make a sale and Zoe definitely knows her blooms and colours. Wide range of flowers/plants in store but when the customer is treated with great care, it makes the world a much nicer...
