Due to an issue with trains, I ended up having to stay in London last minute for a night. After a stressful and exhausting day I booked via booking.com at around 7pm and started to head to the property immediately. I was disappointed to receive an email saying I’d need to register my stay first before accessing the property and the link in the email could take 2 hours to activate. This was the last thing I needed as I was pretty much at the property and there’s no reception. I rang a number on the email and was put through to a voicemail. After leaving a voicemail I did receive a call within 10 mins. Check in was pretty smooth from that point and the lady I spoke to was lovely. The apartment itself needs some TLC. The walls and blinds need a good clean and the mattress had a faint smell of urine. The tv wasn’t connected to an aerial and normal TV wasn’t available, nor was I able to stream. As a room to stay last minute as an emergency it did the trick. For £320 I’d have expected more and I’m glad my employer is footing the bill. I wouldn’t like to stay longer than a night as it definitely need some love and attention.

It is one of the worst apartments I have stayed in for a long time now. I'm not sure if other apartments are better or if they are paid actors. They do not pay attention to details at all. My back is now hurting due to their lousy mattress, which is so bad that you can feel the springs underneath you. There was no body wash in the bathroom, and since there was no staff at the location, we received a dirty ass bottle of body wash the next day. The lighting in the apartment is completely stupid. Most can not turn on before it starts flickering like a haunted house. There are only two dim lights, along with a nightstand light. I felt like I was living in a haunted house. Even though they offered to come to check the light and “ordered new beds,” we were checking out the next day, so there was no purpose. If you are short, don't bother taking a shower because the tub is higher than the sky. The bathroom is enormous but lacks everything in accessibility. Honestly not worth a penny.

Loved my stay here. Excellent location in Holborn about 5 mins walk to the underground. Spacious living room and bathroom (with bathtub) but the bed room is slightly small compared to the other spaces in the house. The TV has disabled network connectivity. The stay doesn't have a reception. You have a code at the front door and then a key for your flat. They didn't send me the code on time so had to wait for almost an hour waiting for someone to show up/ reply on my email. Apart from that, recommended!

One of a kind ! To begin, the team (across the board) were absolutely fantastic! Super acommodating, down to earth, charismatic and absolute professionals.

i have stayed in a lot of places across central recently, being mid-housemove and these guys are by FAR the best company i have experienced. If/ whenever I am in need again, i will ALWAYS reach out to these guys now, before even thinking about searching the web. honestly, they’re that great.

There property portfolio and standard of fixtures and fittings are incredible. They’re designed in such a way, it feels like its your own design - and that you would have done it exactly the same way yourself. Imagine a hotel but with the true sense of feeling like its your own space- your own home- well, these guys have nailed it.

The building and street have been suoer safe and convenient for everything.

and this apartment- Huge! hahaah! spare bathroom PLUS a fully fitted ensuite bathroom :o haha

You dont get large acommodation along with the luxury of it being a serviced apartment and yet still feeling homely - in central london - unless you’re paying thousands.

Top tips for future guests- grab a quick coffee from the pret at the end of the street, do a little walk arond the area - just to familiarise yourself with transport / supermarkets and shops etc!

all super close but there are also a lot of law firms/ business apartments in the area, so its good to know which is which so you dont end up walking for 15 minutes around an area deducated to business blocks, looking for shops :) (yes, i did that!)

anyway- i really could go on forever with this review, i feel lucky to have found these guys and to have been taken care of so well. Make sure you feel the same way and book as its was almost out of luck that i managed to find availability :)

thanks again team- London is very lucky...

Do not hesitate to book these striking apartments - they are quite literally SUPERB! The staff are wonderfully professional, warm, and accommodating. It’s been a 5 star experience!

The apartment we stayed in was impeccably clean throughout which was amazing, the beds had luxury cotton bedding and they were just so comfortable, we’ve all had the best nights sleep in them. A very clean spacious cot was provided along with a modern high chair for our toddler and he was very happy!

The apartment is very tastefully decorated and gets lots of beautiful natural light into it. It had everything you could need and communication is so fluid and easy with the Kula management team. A special thanks to Monica, Sandy and Clarissa, and the gentleman with the cap who I did not get a name for! They really made our stay and were so efficient and helpful :-)

The area is a beautiful part of London in Bloomsbury and Camden, The apartment itself is in a super safe and quiet location despite being just a stones throw from all the brights lights of the city. 5 minute walk to the underground to make your way around all the tourist attractions.

We cannot wait to return! Thanks so much for making our stay with our toddler son most enjoyable and for your exceptional customer service.

My cousin and I stayed here for 9 nights in the studio apartment (number 2) while visiting London from the states.

The location was great. Centrally located and several bars/restaurants within walking distance. The studio apartment itself was pretty spacious and comfortable, except for BUGS! There were at least 50 drain flies throughout the apartment, but mostly in the bathroom and entry area. We’d kill a bunch and then more would appear. When we told management, they sent 2 people to do some sort of treatment, but that did absolutely nothing. They were still everywhere! And then, while we were in Paris for a night, they sent someone else to do another treatment without our consent. When we returned there was a foul odor and chemicals spilled on the bathroom floor, and dead flies throughout the apartment. That second treatment helped but there were still some flies alive and thriving. Management started off responsive, but then my calls were going straight to voicemail. I’m not sure if they were screening my calls or they were just unavailable, but either way, communication with them was not consistent.

Overall, this apartment had a good location and was pretty spacious, but not worth it in my opinion. You can find something better with better, more responsive management and...
