Waxing appt using the groupon voucher had been arranged for Jan during the christmas break via whatsapp. I just so happened to whatsapp on the day to confirm and I was told my appt had not been confirmed and it was an error on their part. I had planned my day (work commitments, changed meetings around, did an early shift etc) only to find there was no appt in the diary! Disappointing service. Managed to rebook an appt. Sian was lovely and friendly which helped make the whole experiencing relaxing, however, I found her Hollywood hot wax a tad more painful than other therapists I have been to. Siân is wonderful! I always look forward to my waxing sessions with her because she really makes you feel very comfortable and her studio is such a vibe! Love the music playing during our sessions and our conversations are always a pleasure. She's fast and thorough, I don't have a single complaint to make. I couldn't ask for a better service by anyone and the difference in hair growth/thickness since using Siân for waxing is amazing. Her aftercare recommendations are also 10/10! I have no words to describe Sian and her incredible business but I will try! I bought the Golden hour facial package and even after the first use I saw a massive difference! My face was initially red for a couple of hours ( I have sensitive skin) and then after that it looked smooth, clear, hydrated and even!! Sian is very professional and friendly and pays special attention to your skin's needs! She knows somehow when to give you space if you just want to relax and enjoy your facial in peace or when you want to have a bit of a chat!!
