Located on Hackney road, parking can be troublesome but I did manage to find some on the back roads. It’s a small little bakery with a beautiful interior, offering freshly made doughnuts, cream horns and cheesecakes. I thought I’d grab a couple flavours to try. Chocolate doughnuts were soft, light but wasn’t filled up as much as the other doughnuts which is a shame… Crème Brûlée doughnut I found the filling consistency to be a bit thin and runny as soon as I took a bite it literally leaked all out luckily had the doughnut box in my lap to catch it lolz! Pistachio doughnuts same bun as the classics and filling was lush and creamy and with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios it’s my favourite out of the all I’ve tried. I personally didn’t like the mocha or Black Forest doughnuts as the doughnut bun itself was a little hard and had a different texture however I did like the flavour combinations. The cheesecakes were kept at room temperature which affected it’s overall consistency as you can see it was collapsing and a little runny, I did have to refrigerate them for a while. The salted caramel cheesecake had a nice flavour but it’s a shame on the texture the popcorn on top didn’t favour well after being in the fridge. The Black Forest cheesecake was ok but a little sickly with the thickness of the chocolate layer, it felt quite heavy tbh. The allergens aren’t written but they do have vegan available, please ask beforehand. I’m little disappointed as so much rave reviews perhaps it was an off day or may fair better going first thing as I went in the afternoon so food has been sitting out and they should take this into...

Arrived at the store approximately 1500, a few people in the queue which moved swiftly. Customer service is very good, however the doughnuts turned out to be heavily overrated so it's a no from me.

Ordered two doughnuts, one creme brulee and one Korean milk doughnut thing. Came to a total of £8.50.

Firstly the actual doughnut batter is BLAND and tastes similar to something you'll get in Greggs or a funfair ( no shade to Greggs but if you're paying £4+ for a doughnut you would expect something way above average). The crème brulee dough filling was disgusting, I'm not actually sure what the filling was but it definitely was not creme brulee flavoured. Additionally the glaze on the doughnut was soooo tough I was literally unable to chew it. The texture of the glaze was like eating a toffee apple at Halloween and we all know how that goes. It basically got stuck in my teeth so after a few small bites I gave up.

Now the Korean milk doughnut, I was super excited to try this one...overall it looked sooooo pretty.... but again nothing special at all!!! No real richness to the flavouring of the cream, bland, tasteless and basic. Once again something you can probably get or find similar, in your local supermarket cold dessert section for £2 or so...really disappointing.

Ended up throwing away over half of both the doughnuts as they just weren't worth wasting my calories on.

Social media and their paid reviewers have obviously hyped this place up which is sooo misleading... But hey the shop is cute and the doughnuts look pretty... However if you're after great flavours I would give it a...

To my disappointment, I purchased a dozen doughnuts along with four of the Korean milk doughnuts, eclairs and pistachio flavoured doughnuts. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. The pistachio doughnut, in particular, bore no resemblance to authentic pistachio flavour it was simply a very sweet green icing, likely coloured to give the impression of pistachio, but completely lacking in substance. Overall, the doughnuts tasted stale and uninspired.

I had expected to be charged the advertised bundle price for the dozen, yet at the counter, the server began charging each item individually. When I politely questioned this, he appeared reluctant to acknowledge the mistake until another staff member intervened and confirmed that the bundle pricing was indeed correct. It left me wondering whether the original server had hoped to take advantage of a large order.

To add to this, I ordered an oat milk latte and was served what can only be described as a small espresso-sized portion grossly overpriced and underwhelming. The service overall was disappointing; I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Communication was difficult, as the server struggled with English, which added to the confusion and frustration.

Having spent a significant amount of money, I left feeling let down by both the product and the customer experience. I can say with certainty that I will not be returning. I would much rather spend my money at Krispy Kreme or a trusted local bakery, where quality and service are far...

I went to this place after seeing multiple posts on Instagram. Fortunately this was one of the viral places that was close to where I live. I went with the intention though that if there was a long queue outside, I'd probably walk back home. Luckily it wasn't today. The place is a lot smaller than I imagined and I was looking around thinking whether I had come to the right place. But after looking at the signs it definitely was. They've got a good selection of desserts, mostly doughnuts of various fillings, korean desserts, and croissant desserts. I ordered a pistachio filled croissant (it was massive). A korean mango dessert and a mocha. They're moderately priced for the location that you're in, (quite central London) but probably not the place you'd go to everyday, to get your morning croissant and coffee to work. My only suggestion for the place would be (even though it's a very small shop...I mean tiny) I would still like one stool that you can sit to have your coffee. I had come out for my morning walk, so had to take the coffee as takeaway. I also think it needs to be made clear the coffee cups are extremely small. I would equate it to the size of a small espresso cup. Quite disappointed when the guy handed it to me to say my coffee was ready. If you're looking for a viral place as a nice treat for a lazy saturday morning or afternoon tea desserts, this is the place to go.
