Hotpod Yoga Dulwich — Local services in London

I am really loving Hotpod Yoga at Dulwich! It's such a lovely studio, and all the teachers are great! I've not been to all the teachers yet, but have loved classes with Asha, Sara, Lindsey, Bethany, Radka and Antonia - I've always found all the teachers really inclusive, friendly and always happy to make adjustments and offer different poses - and create a space where you can do whatever you feel comfortable with in your practice. Everyone is very welcoming to newbies and I've always found I can book onto classes and there is a good selection of times too. I've loved the Nurturing and Rest and Restore classes as well when I've needed something a little bit more restorative (and I've definitely fallen asleep in those so I must have been very relaxed and comfy, which I think is the ultimate compliment!). I can’t quite believe it was 2 years ago that I signed up for the 2 week trial for HotPod Dulwich. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve got a little stronger, significantly more flexible, but the biggest (and most unexpected) benefit is that the instructors have taught me the art of mindful self compassion, through their gentle offer of options for each pose, to their playful consolations when there are wobbles during the balance poses, and the constant reminder that rest is always a valid choice. The different instructors have varying styles, but each one is a master of holding the room, and this sets the studio apart from several other yoga classes I have tried. Wonderful teachers- especially Sara, Corrina, Radka and Lindsey who offer an inclusive approach for all bodies, genders and ages with a smile. Lovely clean and welcoming environment with a comfortable class size and great aromatherapy as an added bonus, just walking in you feel yourself unwinding thanks to the gorgeous smells. Feel so lucky this is on my doorstep, thank you Lindsey and team for this wonderful holistic yet fun space and practice!
