I’ve been visiting la gastronomia for many years & have always found it to be pleasant, however, today, with the covid infections rising so quickly again, I was concerned that the waiter & waitress who served us were wearing their masks under their chins. I spoke to the manager, who was nothing short of rude, he said it was too hot to wear the masks all day. I tried to speak but he wouldn’t listen, just repeated it was too hot to wear masks. It’s probably a lot more uncomfortable in an ICU bed being given oxygen to help you breathe! Shows complete lack of concern, respect or care for his customers. Voting with my feet, I won’t...

Awful experience. Went there to have a Sandwhich and than spoke to a man and wanted to see if I can help them out with (work related as I work with over 500 places). He asked me what I wanted in a rude way as well as when trying to say the first word out, he told me the exact words "Piss off". I respect the fact that it was his place and walked out and went to meet my friends somewhere else as he made me feel very uncomfortable.

The review is normally about food and I believe in order to sell it, you should have someone nice to do that rather than someone extremely horrible.
