This is a long overdue review for this fantastic cafe. I have been coming here every day for over 2 years since the day it opened for coffee. Apart from the fantastic coffee, delicious panini (photo attached is half of the new special the "Firenze" which I took home, would also recommend the "Salva" and the "Calabria") and fantastic Italian produce...what makes this my favourite is the very friendly and charming owner Filipo. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about all of his produce and will quite happily explain the provenance and produce of the coffee beans and the delicious cheeses, meats, olive oil etc that are sourced from Italy. Above all he is exceptionally kind hearted and makes a special effort with my daughter when she comes with me. She recently bought her a fantastic chocolate cake. As the weather is getting warmer I would thoroughly suggest you check this place out, sit outside and have a coffee or one of the great painini and gelato returning soon. Molte grazie Filipo per essere un grande amico! Just popped in here today for a coffee and a panino. Asked Filipo to surprise me and made me "The Cassano" special for me. Absolutely delicious. Not going to divulge what is in it - suggest you try many of the fantastic ones on the menu board, but a couple of photos attached of my wonderful lunch. Molte grazie Filipo

After a busy day getting ingredients for me and my partners 7 year anniversary, I needed to eat. As I saw the butchers, I saw just a few steps away was this quaint Mediterranean cafe that was bright and colourful. Decided to go in with mum and got a beautiful panini and coffee each. The food was so balanced and delicious. It may look modest as the photos show but the food was scrumptious. Especially when the cafe next door was packed, it’s always good to support the underdogs. And they packed a punch. The staff were friendly and kind and even called me to get my wallet which I left behind. We did ask about if next time we can bring my dogs here and they were so kind and said yes. Didn’t have too. But they did. What seems like a quaint little street offers better things than Main Street shopping malls. The coffee was balanced and had such a journey with the taste. You know it’s good when you have a first hit, an aroma in your mouth, and a sweet end when you swallow. The paninis were modest but packed a punch. Like I said with the butchers, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 😋❤️

Wow! It’s not often I say this but I wish I could give even more stars. The coffee is, as everyone says, sublime. And the panini! I had the vegetarian and my husband had the spicy ham and both were out of this world. The ingredients were so flavourful and fresh and beautifully balanced. The last time I tasted a panino anywhere close was 14 years ago, in a small shop in Milan. I think this is even better, which I didn’t think possible. What’s more, the owner is so friendly and warm, and really made us feel welcome. We will be back - often.

Cannot recommend this highly enough!

We have been onto a hunt to find the best Italian deli all over the postcode and have stumbled across this place.

In short these are the best paninis and coffee we've ever had.

The quality of the food and coffee is amazing and prices are very reasonable!

The owner made us two paninis from scratch with fresh ingredients and they were the best paninis we have ever had.

The double espresso was from the stronger and creamier Italian blend which was dreamy.

The owner is very friendly which makes the experience even better

We will be...
