I placed an order via Interflora. Have later learned that my order was fulfilled by the Stratford Isle of Flowers store. Great job guys! On Interflora you get to leave a short note with preferences but of course most of the flowers mum liked were out of season so I thought it best to just leave a selection of colours she would like in any flowers! This was definitely a good idea. I think because on Interflora they donât tell you which florist will fulfil your order, (though it will be one local to you) itâs a good idea to leave as helpful a note as possible. I really wasnât too worried which flowers would get picked as the colour scheme was most important to me! You get limited characters to add a note so use them wisely!
Once they arrived and were delivered to my mum I immediately checked for a card as the flowers were exceptional. Really well picked, and a huge bunch well worth the money. So glad I could find the specific florist who made my mumâs floral dreams come true and give them the due credit!!!
The flowers were delivered to my mum on the day requested, for Motherâs Day. The florists and delivery team did an amazing job, captured the note I left BEAUTIFULLY. Absolutely fantastic job and lovely composition of exactly the colours I was looking for. They smell SO lovely and fresh, not overpowering in the room or likely to trigger hayfever! I donât think Iâve had such fresh and good condition flowers before! Mum loved them and immediately displayed the beautiful flowers very proudly in the kitchen window! đ
Really thrilled with the flowers and the service as a first time customer and so was my mum, I will definitely be shopping here again in future and I am so glad I now have a way to shop directly with this florist.
Very happy new customer and we will definitely be back again!
A truly fantastic job on the flowers and what a beautiful selection. Thank you so so much. Brilliant service and the note I asked to be put on a card for my mum was completely followed and accurate. Delivery guy was a lovely chap, arrived in good time early in the day and asked mumâs name upon delivery to confirm she was the recipient. Fab order experience and top tier service from start to finish. Look forward to shopping direct in future and will definitely refer everyone I know to come here for heavenly gorgeous flowers.
I would attach a photo but want to keep it as a reference picture and personal unique gift for my dear mummy đ„č but trust me there were loads of flowers and such a high quality and interesting variety! Iâve been googling each one ever since they arrived. AMAZING. 1000000% recommend. Thank you so...
Read moreThe block of flats where we live uses "Isle of Flowers" to supply the flowers in the concierge. We've always liked the displays, so we decided to use them for our 50th Wedding Anniversary "do". We didn't really know what we wanted. We talked to Ella about it and then settled on 3 displays: a tall vase in the corner; a wide, sort of window box, on the mantelpiece; a small arrangement by the cake. My wife wanted roses but the quote was too high, so we told them the maximum we wanted to spend and left the details to the florist, Genute. We gave her photographs of the room and she decided on the colours and the flowers to use. The result was brilliant: I enclose a photograph of the small arrangement and the "window box". Unfortunately, we don't have any of the tall display in the corner.
There was a cycle race going on that day, so a lot of roads were closed but the driver Luigji still delivered exactly when we requested and brought them all upstairs to the room.
I really recommend them. Thank you, "Isle...
Read moreI was gifted an orchid from isle of flowers less than two weeks ago and over the past week itâs slowly been dying and I found out today after seeing it lose all of its leaves that it had developed severe crown rot that I didnât have time to spot. I have owned many orchids before and I do know how to water and take care of them so I known it is not something that I did (maybe watering incorrectly that causes crown rot). I called the place and they said they have a 7day policy after which they canât replace my plant, this policy would make sense if it was a bunch of roses but given orchids can live for years. I consider this to be very unfair considering someone there mustâve watered my plant incorrectly. Furthermore, the excuse of âyou shouldâve spotted it when you bought itâ excuse was used and it should never be anything a florist should say.... All in all, absolute rip off, my perception of isle of flowers amounts to them selling dying flowers for...
