Helen and Lilly are Amazing! I love the mother and daughter duo! They are both so very welcoming and warm, nothing is ever too much and Helen can always do the nail designs I find on Pinterest with no problems at all! I am particular about my nails! And I appreciate how Lilly and Helen are overly accommodating to my wants and needs. I always feel like a new woman when my hands and feet have been looked after, and it is a welcomed bonus to have found such an amazing Nail Shop and Nail Tech. Thank you Helen and Lilly! Kind enough staff. Unfortunately I was charged £50 for a bad quality manicure and pedicure with gel removal. They didn’t bother cleaning the nail dust or buffing it smooth before applying clear varnish, resulting in a bumpy texture. Specs of the old varnish are still visible. The edges are rough and chipped and you can see dirt under the nails. I complained but they said that’s what the manicure is. For that price I’d expect...

It’s not the first time I get my nails done here, but it really depends on who does the service. This time I had a pedicure and a manicure, each done by a different person. The pedicure was good but then the manicure was terrible. It was just regular polish, but the end result has bubbles all over, terrible finish and not shinny…I was charged in full.
