DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I thought I had gotten a good deal with them, but it was obviously too good to be true. Picking up the car was fine as someone came out to help me even though it was supposed to be contactless.

I returned the car with the keycard in the drop off box. Not thinking much of it, until today, I was charged a very hefty amount on my credit card. They said this was admin fee and the 'accused' damages I had put on the car. I did not damage that car whatsoever. Little did they know, on picking up the car, I took videos and photos before I drove it away. Also, good luck trying to contact them on the phone, as no one picks up.

What I appreciate the most is the flexibility of Easirent. If anything changes I can always call them and adjust with no problem. This time Sanj helped me with the pickup time, thanks a lot man! Please note that Easirent does contactless pickups so it is not what you might be used to when having a rental desk and someone handing the car over to you. That means if there are any issues you also need to call Easirent and there would be no one at the place to assist you. For me it is not an inconvenience, but I know some people prefer face to face...

Very slow system. They demanded complex proof of address even though it's on my driving licence. They took 1.5k out of my debit. When we arrived at the collection they took 15mins to pick up and and then told me that that I needed a different 1.5 k taken out of my credit. They sent another link from the 90s and I paid that.
