For anyone looking for a luxury - or even just NICE experience - this is NOT it. This is a gym that offers massages. Go to a high end hotel for a real spa if that's what you are looking for!

As other reviews, the changing rooms were absolutely covered in water with no one mopping or cleaning, and it was slippery and just unpleasant. I agree that they could have been cleaner as well.

I take issue with them marketing this as a 'relaxation experience' as it was not. The 'relaxation area' was OUTSIDE (not good in winter), and you are basically in a tiny reception spot beside the treadmills/equipment if you are waiting for a massage right in front of the door to the outside that everyone keeps opening. There is nothing comfortable or nice about it.

The massage itself was just ok - I would not call it a deep tissue massage in any way even though I asked for one and like other reviews when I asked for more pressure it was not followed through. Also they had a very odd mix of '90's break up songs' that were very sad and didn't quite get the mood right for a couples massage. The ladies also literally chased us out of the massage room with the card machine to pay before we could even get dressed, also trying to charge us twice what we owed.

Great massage - thank you! Sauna, steam room and infrared rooms were lovely and relaxing.

However, we were very disappointed as we paid for a 55 minute massage and the massage we received only lasted 30 minutes. When we arrived there was no staff at the front desk which meant we didn’t know where to go and therefore we arrived 5 minutes later than our scheduled time. We were then given the option to change into our bathing suits before the massage; we asked whether this would affect our time and they said no. By the time we changed and figured out how to use the lockers (which was unclear and had to ask another spa user for help) it added another 15 minutes. To our surprise the massage ended after 30 minutes. We understand that there were other clients booked after us, but if we had known (and were told when we asked about timings) we would have got changed in the massage room to ensure we got the amount of time we paid for.

Other things to add is that the changing room floors were soaking wet. There were only 4 beds in the spa, which people had reserved for the duration of their visit with their belongings; this meant there was no where to sit and relax. It was also extremely busy meaning that we had to queue to use the...

The staff was lovely had a 25min deep tissue aromatherapy massage. Not gonna lie at first it felt like the masseuse must have thought I was cheating with her partner. She did ask if the pressure was ok, not wanting to upset her anymore. I gave her a shakey A-ha. But she was on the ball and adjusted the pressure. The rest of the massage was amazing. Sauna and steam rooms were a bit small but nice. The reason for 3 stars is the changing room facilities. Showers that face directly towards the exit door with no hooks to hang towel or robe. I had to do a peep 'n' dash to my stuff incase, anyone came in and exposed me to the whole world. Floors in the changing room and spa area was, soaked. So definitely bring your own flip flops, robe, and towel as they only provide you with a tiny towel, which only covered one of my butt cheeks. And I'm not that big.
