Read moreI came here with a group of friends for a birthday. It was the middle of a bank holiday and quite busy. Regardless of this we had two servers who strived to make our experience the best we could’ve had. A lovely lad called Souma and a beautiful girl called Buse made mine and my friends experience at All Bar One Butlers Wharf exceed the expectations we had. Drinks were served very quickly and with absolute accuracy. Nothing we ordered was brought to us incorrectly which was refreshing as other venues we went to didn’t manage to achieve this. These two members of staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and made the entire group feel welcomed and acknowledged. Buse and Souma have been exceptional....

Not much, you're pretty much having the same experience but in their location.
The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Although instructed differently in the app, all food came at once. Worse, our pre-dinner drinks and beverage for the dinner have not yet arrived. When inquired about them the staff was perplexed and said a large order just came in, we waited already for over 15 minutes. They were then kindly enough to squeeze in opening a bottle of water, pouring a glass of wine, and mixing one drink. The drink was probably the most disappointing item, with terrible tasting fruit.
I absolutely cannot recommend this business anymore. Whatever Excel spreadsheet maniac had the idea for this system deserves to be fired. Your staff deserves better, your customers deserve better, and London...
