I have no words to describe how amazing is the customer service provided by Miss Emily at the Bond Street shop. I was there 1 month ago where I bought 2 Mr G loafers. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Emily. Her deep knowledge in the shoe industry (how shoes are made, how they need to be taken care of etc) is impressive. She really loves her job and she is a very customer caring person. I had some issues later on with the shoes, and Emily was super supportive throughout the whole process.
