I have been to pups yoga a few times and recently attended again as I was treating a friend with a gift voucher on her birthday. I can't express how wonderful the experience was. From the friendly and warm atmosphere to the variety of adorable pups, this place truly exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the atmosphere at Pups Yoga is incredibly welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to create a friendly and warm environment that instantly puts you at ease. It's evident that they genuinely care about their clients and strive to make each session a memorable one. One of the aspects I truly enjoyed was the ever-changing variety of pups they feature each week. It's refreshing to see such diversity, and it adds an exciting element to each visit. Whether you're a fan of small, energetic breeds or prefer the company of calm and cuddly companions, you'll find a pup that steals your heart. I also appreciate how flexible and professional the team is when it comes to any booking issues. I had a minor hiccup with my reservation, but Jordan, their remarkable staff member, was an absolute superstar. Their prompt and helpful communication via email quickly resolved the matter, leaving me impressed with their exceptional customer service. The yoga sessions themselves strike the perfect balance between relaxation and playtime with the puppies. The first 20-30 minutes of yoga allows you to unwind and focus on your practice, setting the tone for a peaceful session. Then comes the real treat—30-40 minutes of pure puppy playtime! It's impossible not to smile as you watch the adorable pups frolic around, bringing an extra touch of joy to your yoga experience. One standout feature of Pups Yoga is their human circle routine. After the yoga session, we form a circle, and the puppies are brought inside to join us. This interactive playtime creates a unique bond between humans and pups, fostering a sense of connection and happiness. It's truly heartwarming to witness the sheer joy shared between everyone in the circle. In conclusion, I highly recommend Pups Yoga to all dog lovers and yoga enthusiasts. It's an exceptional experience that combines the serenity of yoga with the pure joy of spending time with puppies. The friendly staff, diverse pup selection, flexibility and professional approach with bookings, and the special human circle routine make it an unforgettable adventure. Treat yourself to this extraordinary and uplifting experience—you won't regret it! Thank you, Pups Yoga, for providing such a delightful and memorable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This was one of the best days ever. I am really sad about all the bad reviews as I had a great time. When we first got there we were told to take shoes off and leave all our stuff (aside from phones and water bottles). There was plenty of space and plenty of yoga mats. The whole session was an hour and so worth it for the snuggles and photos! We sat and listened to the rules and were happy to see the breeder of the pups there looking after them. They had adequate water and air conditioning. The pups were then let out, there were toys and balls to encourage them to play. We were told not to force them over so we just allowed them to wander. The pups seemed happy overall ( a few small accidents but that’s to be expected when they’re little ). The staff picked them up and put them on people’s laps so we could all have some nice cuddles. We then did 15/20 mins of yoga while the pups were snuggling into and trying to join in, with the yoga. The staff were so lovely and kind, a funny yoga instructor who made jokes throughout and was really happy. It was perfect to snuggle the pups and take lovely pictures. Great photo opportunities. During the yoga, music was on and many of the pups had rest time and had naps. We spoke to one of the ladies and she explained how the pups have half an hour slots between each session and there were 3/4 today. This is the first one in BRIGHTON and me and my best friend absolutely loved it.

Concerns Regarding Pups Yoga in Camden I recently attended a Pups Yoga session in Camden and left early due to serious concerns about the welfare of the puppies involved. What was marketed as a therapeutic and enjoyable experience was, in reality, a concerning display of animal exploitation, seemingly prioritising profit and promotion over the well-being of the animals.

The session was overcrowded, with approximately 18 attendees crammed into a small space, making it difficult to engage in any meaningful yoga practice. More troubling, however, was the treatment of the puppies. The young Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppies were visibly exhausted, huddled together in a crate and asleep upon arrival. Despite this, they were removed from their crate and passed around among participants. All the puppies were too tired to respond to interaction, yet they were continually disturbed, with toys being placed in their faces in an attempt to keep them engaged.

It was later revealed that these puppies had been transported from Birmingham to Camden—a journey of approximately two and a half hours—and had already participated in at least one session before ours. The absence of their mother and breeder at the event raises further concerns about their welfare. No responsible breeder would subject young puppies to such conditions. Best practices for early puppy development emphasise the importance of adequate rest, controlled socialisation, and remaining with their mother during critical early weeks. Instead, these puppies were subjected to repeated handling by strangers in a high-stimulation environment, which is not in their best interest.

There was a clear emphasis on promotion rather than animal welfare. Attendees were repeatedly encouraged to take as many photos as possible, reinforcing the idea that the event was designed primarily as a social media opportunity rather than a responsible environment for the puppies. The decision to overcrowd the room and ensure that every participant had a turn handling the puppies further suggests that profit and publicity were prioritised over the well-being of the animals.

Early-life experiences have a significant impact on a dog’s behavioural development. Repeated exposure to stress, excessive handling, and a lack of rest can contribute to long-term issues such as anxiety, reactivity, and fear-based behaviours. The conditions in which these puppies were kept and handled did not align with best practices for ethical breeding, responsible socialisation, or animal welfare.

Before leaving, I expressed my concerns directly to the yoga instructor, stating that the puppies were being treated more like props than living beings. There was no attempt to engage with me or address my concerns, which strongly suggests an awareness of the issues at hand.

Given the welfare implications, I will be raising this matter with my MP, the RSPCA, and PETA, urging an investigation into these practices. I strongly encourage others to reconsider supporting such events until there is greater transparency and assurance that animal welfare is the primary concern, rather than profit and social media promotion. #pupsyoga #RSPCA...

WARNING!!!!!!! Do not book LAST SESSION of the day for PUPS PLAY.

This review is for Pups Play as they do not have a review section for them on Google.

Wife booked this as a surprise gift. It was meant to be a fun filled session of interacting with puppies. This was quite the opposite of what was expected and experienced. The whole experience was very underwhelming and disappointing as it was nothing like what was shown on the website. The session was meant to have 7 puppies to interact with for a group of 9 individuals. However, 2 puppies were taken away as they were exhausted from the day. This left 5 puppies to interact with (shared between 9 people), which 3/5 basically fell asleep and lost the will to interact after 10 mins from the start of the session.

The 2 staff members were so nice and professional, and the puppies were cute. The staff tried their best to get the puppies to interact with everyone (they were the only reason why this review got initially 1 star). They managed to get everyone a chance to pet and hold a puppy, but the puppies just retreated to sleep and lost interest in playing. This was the last session of the day which started at 20:30 but we left early because by the time it was 21:00 all the puppies were all asleep and it was basically just a room full of strangers watching puppies sleeping. The 30 mins experience just felt awkward and cruel (forcing the puppies to wake up). We left 15 mins before the end of the session because I didn't want to waste any more of my time on this underwhelming experience. The whole experience left me feeling more deflated and depressed which is opposite from what is stated on the site.

The only surprise I got from this whole experience was that my wife paid £70 for the 2 of us to share this unenjoyable experience. Pups play.........they should call it Pups sleep.

After a number of back and fourth emails, they offered a Pups Yoga session as an alternative or partial refund. Took partial refund because the wife and I don't yoga, hence why we booked the pups play session. Review amended accordingly after receiving...
