I wanted to take a moment to share my lovely experience on the recent river boat cruise. I booked the trip as team building event with my work colleagues.

From the moment we embarked, the warm welcome from the crew set the tone for the entire trip. Their professionalism and attentiveness were evident in every interaction, making us feel both valued and well cared for.

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breath taking scenery that unfolded around every bend of the river. The leisurely pace of the cruise allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the historical landmarks and take countless photos to capture these unforgettable memories.

I couldn’t be happier to have found River Thames Cruises to host my sister’s hen. From start to finish they were on hand to answer all my questions and provided me with everything I needed to make it the best day for her. From the flexibility with timings, my pier requests, the food selection onboard and the awesome boat with a retracting roof, everything came together to create an awesome few hours cruising down the Thames. A shoutout to Scott the DJ for bringing the tunes and good vibes and I also want to say a huge thank you to Siobhan for helping us when we arrived and being so epic behind the bar, she really helped everything run so smoothly. I was unfortunate to have been on the Pearl of London New Years Eve 2024. The behaviour of the other passengers was horrible. The bar staff just kept on serving drunken males and females to the extent were they were falling over, spewing in toilets and females coming into males toilets to use the bathroom. The music was extremely loud were the passengers were to comfortable seats in the warmth were. Whilst the dance floor downstairs was empty and quite. The food was disgusting and cold.
