We decided to order a birthday cake for my brother's birthday and the cake was too dense and too creamy (I could not taste the actual cake) and there was too much colour in the cream. When I called to address their incompetence, they had the audacity to blame us for their mistake, even though we clearly verbally told them exactly what to write. Their response? “Come back tomorrow for a refund.” No apology, no effort to fix it, and certainly no compensation for wasting my time and ruining such an important occasion. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. What would they have done with the cake, i’m not sure, probably scrape off the writing and resell it…If you care about quality or basic customer service, stay FAR away...
