Update: Second time I've been and another great experience! Anna was the instructor for this session and she did an excellent job of interacting with people, motivating them and providing feedback to improve form. I love the fact that "you're never late" for your session, because of the rolling 10 minute starts and the whole vibe of the place overall makes it an energising experience and not a stressful one.

Bit wary to start off with as it's quite small and there are only two single-person changing facilities, which double as toilets and shower. Also the lockers are rather small.
However, the instructor (Raheem) was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Initially, there were just 3 of us there, but more people came along, I think, based on layout, the maximum capacity is about 9 people.
The exercises themselves were good, Raheem was able to keep an eye on everyone and provide guidance to improve technique and posture. I never felt any pressure to overdo it, which was a welcome relief compared to other gyms I've been too.
A really good workout and great shower afterwards, Cowshed products. Towels provided for showers and also smaller ones whilst working out. Will probably return.

It's been super quiet while I've been there (hence writing a review - I'd like more people to go and make sure it stays open!!). The trainers are really attentive and help push you without being harsh. 40 minutes is about the perfect amount of time for me to work out; it makes it super easy to slot into the schedule.
I've found the quality of workouts quite good and also easy to scale in terms of difficulty. I'm sore the next day, but not so sore that I can't go about daily life!
