Absolutely happy with the service here at Tomoyuki & Co. First time coming to this salon, I called first for enquiry as I wasn't sure what I needed. They guided me to their WhatsApp so I could send photos of my hair which was a split hair dye with Blue and Black. Unfortunately, my blue hair faded to a patchy yellow green and needed my roots fixed too. They suggested what I needed and got my appointment in the next week. Koga did an incredible job of fixing my hair to a lovely grey and black as requested, at the start we discussed a back up plan just in case it wasn't possible to lift the green out. I appreciated his caution and credibility. It took the whole day (9 hrs) to fix it, I didn't mind the hours as I was enjoying myself. All the staff was friendly and attentive. Koga was hardworking, patience and caring for me.

I booked a nail appointment too which they fitted in between my hair treatments. Sayaka's nail art is so lovely, she handled me with care and talked me through the process as it was my first gel nails.

Overall, I left the place with lovely looking healthy hair and beautiful nails. Well worth the money and I recommend...

Awful experience. The photos are 3 hours after and 8 hours after the perm. Result was disappointing (nothing like what I asked for) and very much overpriced. I already email them a complaint and asked for a refund they didn’t reply at all. I had a digital perm and hair treatment with a Japanese female stylist at the salon, which cost more than £400. After the treatment, my hair was even drier than before, extremely rough and frizzy, and it tangled easily. It looked very untidy. The perm did not hold at all; within 3 hours, it had lost all its wave (wave probably bcs they blew dry the hair), and some parts of my hair were still straight. They only applied heat for 20 minutes, which I believe was insufficient. The whole process was near 3 hours. My hair looked like an old, faded and failed perm rather than a fresh digital perm. The curls after tying my hair with a rubber band are even more defined and give better results than the curls I got from their perming. Tomoyuki & Co - A Hidden Gem in London!

I took my daughter to Tomoyuki & Co for a haircut during the Christmas season last year. She absolutely loved her new layered bob, and her friends gave her so many compliments. So today, we decided to go back, this time for both of us to get our hair done.

The staff at the salon are extremely professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. They really take the time to listen. I have long, thick hair, and my stylist worked so hard to make sure everything was just right. I even tried a completely new hairstyle—short hair—for the first time in 30 years, and the result was incredible!

My daughter and I were both so happy with our experience. We feel like we’ve finally found the salon for us—this is definitely the place we’ll keep coming back to.

We also have a deep appreciation for Japanese culture, and the staff here reflect all the wonderful qualities we admire: humility, gentleness, and quiet professionalism. They may be soft-spoken, but they always offer great advice and tips. You really feel cared for and respected the moment you walk in.
