Sport direct owners should look into the sets of staff you have this branch, the most horrible set of people amd rudest as well. If this continues I bet you Sport direct owner, your company will lose all thier credibility and customer . You guys see reviews and dont act on it. Review on this branch is terrible this is the second time I faced humiliation with my own money I have promised myself you guys will never smell the presence of my family in your store again even if we don't have anything to wear which can never happen. I wanted to buy shoe for my daughter after choosing hers I saw some sales and decided to try it on I put my daughter shoe on the side while trying mine and this I'll mannered guy came and picked the shoes I immediately call his attention trying to tell him I kept the shoe and he ignored me until I had to talk again and this guy said why didn't I wait for him to look at with his rude face. Can you imagine the audacity that's someone that is believed to be a customer service person and he started shouting at me and I shouted at him back and walked out of the stores. This guys needs to learn lesson people needs to stop patronizing them and we see if sales will continue...
Read moreI would have scored zero if possible. I'm 54 years old and I have never been in any kind of shop that has been so rude. Not just to me.. The poor fella in front of me at the checkout was told "tough, company policy". When I first entered the shop I asked a member of staff for a particular trainer, to which she replied "I'll call someone". When her colleague finally appeared(with a look of contempt) I asked her for my size in the trainer, she asked me if I wanted to try them on to which I replied "yes please, because you don't have a refund policy". She looked at me as if I'd stolen her make up (apologies, but I think that's the most valued thing to her).. When she returned approximately 10 minutes later, she basically threw them at me. (her parents and employers must be so proud). I'm not one to complain/moan but they will never get another penny of my money. Absolutely diabolical manners. Shame on you...

Staff, if you find them as they seem to spend most of their time chatting to one another, are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. If you happen to bother them as clearly it seems like the worst thing you could possibly be doing by asking for a certain size in shoes, they don’t communicate with you. So you’re left wondering whether they’ve heard you and are in fact planning on returning. One simply walked past me in his return. When I stopped him to ask whether they had the size available, he shook his head and continued walking away. It’s also evident that hello, please and thank you are not in any of the staff members vocabulary and you as a customer are an utter inconvenience and the sooner you leave, the better....
