Cafe House Restaurant — Restaurant in London

I came here Friday for lunch with my colleague. I had ordered chips, hash browns, burger patty and Turkish sausage, tea and two toasts which came up to £7.70. Although the food was nice the chips were fresh, hash browns were okish, the burger patty was too greasy for my liking and I was really disappointed with the slices of Turkish sausage which actually was more like 1/3 of a sausage. The place want too busy and we was served straight away but had a bit of a worst before we got our meals. I would also say the cutlery and crockery...

Solid, basic food with friendly service in a casual but clean environment. Cash, credit cards and probably e-wallet payments accepted.

Menu is massive, with a fair portion allocated for all-day breakfast options. But you can get pasta, pasta salads, chicken dishes, grilled dishes, and more here. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Nothing fancy here. Prices are very reasonable. Great place to stop in for a quick bitet.

Just went in for a snack and chose this cafe as it had lots of tables and was clean with a good menu choice of breakfasts, sandwiches, meals, puds, hot and cold drinks etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the man serving. He was very friendly. A very nice cafe just as you’d expect a greasy spoon to be. Prices reasonable, large portions and excellent service. The chips were hot and crispy and the cappuccino was strong. The baguette was delicious as well....
