Extremely disappointed. Worst shopping experience ever! Rude and unhelpful customer service. I requested information for an item that was not available at the store and the the self proclaimed manager of the VW Man store recommended to get it from their online store since he could see that it was available online and wasnât sure when next delivery will be at the store. I order it, as I have been advised, and paid for express delivery. Several days after the day I was expecting the delivery and the item was still in transit. I needed the item for a specific occasion and I tried to contact both Vivienne Westwood online and DHL since I was receiving messages that it will arrive soon. When I called customer service the line was cutting and they didnât call me back. Went back at the store and the manager claimed that the store is not associated with the website. He was also unable to be in contact with customer service when I requested since they didnât pick up the phone. The item did not arrive several days after and I requested cancellation of the delivery both contacting DHL and Vivienne Westwood online. Eventually they delivered it against my consent and left it at my home. I received a call from DHL customer service, they apologized but they could only arrange for return via VW. After more than 10 e-mail and 2 telephone communications with VW online and after their failure to collect the parcel leaving me waiting for it even though we had prearranged times for collection, they accepted and also suggested my initial proposal to return the unopened parcel at their store and to finally receive a refund. I returned the parcel myself and the rude manager opened without apologizing and acknowledging their terrible customer service told me that I will have my money back possible in a few days since he did the transaction online. I requested why all this happened and that I would appreciate an apology and explanation why it took them more than a month to find a solution and he become frustrated, told me to leave and that his store is not responsible for the online store. Now, why the address of VW man is on the website, why they recommend to buy from their online store and how he was able to eventually accept return of the parcel and refund at his store is self enigma. The necklace, purchased on 1 August 2024 was faulty with dents, blemishes and visible marks on the beads (artificial pearls). On 2 August 2024 we went back to the store and was refused to be refunded and were deceived that we are only entitled for exchange or credit notes according to the resellers company policy, and deceived to exchange with another unsatisfactory product.
According to gov.uk, âitâs illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, for example a sign that says you do not accept returns or offer refundsâ, ant thatâs what this Vivienne Westwood shop do and refuse to refund the FAULTY item with their astonishingly rude and arrogant attitude to us costumers.

I was about to purchase a few items when one of the staff members â an Asian male â suddenly demanded that I show my passport or ID, just because the card I used was under my family memberâs name. While I understand security procedures, the way he spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
He kept glaring at me with a very condescending attitude, like I was doing something wrong or suspicious. Iâve never been treated like this at any other store, and the tone he used made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
