All I can say is WOW. Lululemon I love YOU GUYS. Everyone is so niceeeeeeeeeeeeeee T_T.
I went there around 8:30pm (I literally wanted to see the sale thingz I WAS just looking around and basically window shopping. I’ve never shopped at lululemon before and I was CONFUSHION when the store was BIG and INNOVATIVE)
so I walked up to Hanna Mert (MY GIRL MY WORLD WOW I LOVE HER SO MUCH) to ask for some advices.
She went through the wHOLE lululemon clothes and styles. She knows EXACTLY what she is doing and she explained to me aka people with 0 (zerO) knowledge about the brand with precision and big brain.
Explained to be the lengths, sizes, comfort, fit, and the SERVICES THEY OFFERED. THATS when I realized lululemon has legit everything u wanna get for every purposes of ur lifestyles. LEGIT. FREE HEMMING FOR EVERY LULULEMON PANTS!!!!!!
At this point I didn’t even know my size but Hanna asks me with patience and understanding she wants me to try everytHING and she knows which ones I want and don’t want (I love her so much protect her at all cOST)
I only want to buy things from the sale section because I feel like the normal section could be bought other times. And HANNAH SERVED wow I just can’t I love Hannah and everyone here.
The customer services is beyond the point literally. I could PREECH over how nice everyone is. Not just Hannah but everyone in the stores. After Hannah helped me picked like 20+ clothes for me to try on. She takes me to the FITTING ROOM, and there’s the very cool fitting room very nice people who is so nice.
When I got to the fitting room. I was introduced to ANOTHER super nice person. She GAVE ME legit every thing I needed in the fitting room. When the clothes does not fit (because I wanted the sale section, many of them are in stock but some of them are gone because this has been end of season for a while now) She OFFERED to brings my sizes up and alternatives within seconds and not to mention she LITERALLY help me with finding the best length for my LEGS. she was ON THE FLOOR helping me to pin the pants. T________T I can’t thank her enOUGH. I am WEEBING.
I felt really really bad for staying after the fitting room closing time because of the picking and choosing the clothes. But everyone was really nice about it. They reassured me that they are HAPPY to help because I’ve never been to lululemon so I was ABOUT TO SHED TEARS. I prolly would ended up buying lululemon forever even if I need to fight demONS. Thank you for my prettiest woman at the checkout that is so nice and very happy with my purchases.
Anyways the clothes are very very soft and silky and smooth and I really like how it made me feel like a BALLERINA when I’m at home looking like a ROACH. it is very empowering _
Anyways my conclusion is the service is really really nice and people are really really nice. Please be kind to them because they are so kind to the customers. Please understand that the staffs and the people there are very busy but they really tried their best to help everyone. I am so thankful to this expertise and experiences. I love lululemon so much for REAL.
Everyone is really so nice. Can’t wait to tell my grandkids about this. (I don’t have a grandkid yet)

I was queuing behind a lady customer at the fitting room and overheard this conversation between her and two Lululemon staffs. The lady was asking for a new piece for the Align top to one of the staffs and the staff rudely asked the lady “what is wrong with that”. And the lady responded saying that the piece she had was stained. The staff proceeded to take the item from the hangers outside the fitting room (might I say that this isn’t even a new piece as it was one that had been tried on already). The lady then asked the other staff who was also working at the fitting room counter if she can have a new piece for another piece of clothing that she wanted. This staff similarly rudely asked the lady “what is wrong with that”. The lady said “there’s nothing wrong but I’d like a new piece if one is available”. The staff proceeded to say “we don’t do that here”. The lady then left the fitting room area and found a Chinese staff to ask if she could have a new piece for the clothing and the staff gladly scanned the barcode and brought a new piece for her. The lady then mentioned to the Chinese staff that she had been treated rudely and told that she is not allowed to get new pieces as they “do not do that here”. The Chinese staff was very apologetic and said they can definitely bring new pieces if they have them available.
Would just like to comment that it was very disappointing to have encountered not only one but two rude staffs in store. But thankfully we encountered the Chinese staff who was kind, helpful and apologetic about the situation. If not I don’t think I would ever shop with...

My recent visit to this store was nothing short of a nightmare, prompting me to share this deeply disheartening experience. While shopping with my daughters, we encountered a distressing incident that has left me thoroughly disappointed.
In the store, my 11yo daughter fell victim to theft as her iPhone was stolen from her pocket. Seeking assistance, I approached the Store Manager and Security Officer, only to be met with a dismissive and arrogant response: "What do you expect us to do? It's the second time today. London isn't a safe city; nowhere is."
These responses not only normalized theft within the store but were also completely unacceptable. I firmly believe there were far more empathetic approaches that could have been taken.
Imagine the impact of a genuine apology, expressions of empathy, and proactive measures such as involving the police, checking security footage, or collecting contact information for updates. Unfortunately, such considerations seemed absent during this unfortunate incident.
Furthermore, the reluctance to provide a name and the need to insist on speaking with someone else only heightened the frustration. As a concerned customer, this lack of transparency and empathy go against the standards one would expect from a reputable brand like Lululemon.
This review serves as a platform to shed light on the importance of customer care and security.
