Good, clean and secure car park, perfect for access to the Arndale, Arena, Shudehill Bus/Trams and the centre of Manchester. Yes the initial entrance ramp is a bit unnerving at the first attempt, but itās perfectly passable by even SUV size vehicles. As for lifts - those on the main side tend to have one out of three under maintenance, occasionally two are down but Iāve never seen all three not working and never had an issue with having to wait for a lift or them being too full. The staff have an excellent attitude from what I have seen, I spoke with the car-park manager and his colleague recently in passing and from what I could gather they are proud of the work they do, very proactive about security and also making sure people donāt park inappropriately (ie disabled bays being used by cars not displaying blue badges etc) which for someone with a blue badge would be quite frustrating to see. This conversation left me wanting to post a review as until that conversation I had never stopped to think about the unseen staff that keep the place in order and I was impressed by their approachability and attitude. I have parked in the Arndale Car park and other on street spots, on other various occasions but always come back to this one for itās convenience and ease of use. This is all just my opinion but i wonāt use anywhere else when coming into town and have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood car park. Good location and not too difficult to get to. Right next to the Shudehill bus station and across the road from the Arndale shopping centre. Not too far to walk from the AO Arena too which is why we were there. I prepaid via JustPark. Price was really reasonable. Parked there just over 24hrs no issues. Staff were really friendly and helpful. A few things to consider: -I arrived at around 8am, and the car park was busy. I had to go up 6 levels to find the one and only space on that floor. I was worried I wouldn't get a space even though I'd prepaid. You probably will find a space but maybe have to go higher. -thereās 2 different locations for the lift, the one on the entrance side wasnāt working, but on the opposite side of the building thereās 3 lifts there that were working. -Entry to the building is via the ticket you get so don't lose it. There's an entrance to the right of the barriers, you scan your ticket to get in here. -If you've prepaid you drive to the exit barrier and click "press for assistance" then quote your booking reference and they'll open the barrier for you when you leave.
I would use them again and...

BUT yesterday I had a accident in work was taken to hospital and remained there all day was also told I cannot drive for the foreseeable I went for my car this morning, the carpark manager was rude off hand and said we had not contacted him the day before to explain which we had via Natwest where i work.also I had to pay a £32 fee to get my car back .He has no people skills cutting me off whe I tried to explain and acussed me of ignoring him when he was talking to me through the payment system ,apparently I'm supposed to know he was talking to me. If I had just lost my card it would have been £22 but this considerate extremely rude individual charged me more. His people skills are shocking ,he was rude and how he became a manager is beyond me. So an ambulance ride after falling down a flight of stairs a d breaking. y bo es was a bad 3nogh day but then to be treated like this was uncalled for . please give this individual some customer service coaching as he is...
