I recently had an experience with the customer service representative over the phone at this establishment, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. While I understand the importance of questioning customers to ensure their needs are met, the conversation quickly became uncomfortable.

During the call, I mentioned that I needed to purchase bones from the butchers for a soup I was making. To my surprise, the representative asked why I required bones for soup. While I appreciate their curiosity, it felt unnecessary and invasive as I didn't feel obliged to provide an explanation. Nonetheless, I politely informed her about my purpose.

I believe that customer service should aim to provide assistance and fulfill customers' needs without judgment or unnecessary questioning. While it is crucial to ensure the availability of the desired items, inquiries should be conducted respectfully, considering that customers may have diverse reasons for their purchases.

Lovely family busines. Called in yesterday and asked for some advice for a 'really nice tea' for my Husband. The lovely man and lady helped me and I choose Italian Chicken (I think this was the name), Potatoes to do mash and some broccoli. Our tea was gorgeous. Mike and the team provide great sausages, meat and the prices are good. A outstanding local butcher who knows his products. Always helpful when a question on how to cook a cut of meat.
