UpSide Down Presents — Local services in Newcastle upon Tyne

Long distance shopping can be a difficult experience, especially when having difficulty in describing the articles required. My experience from 61 Side was as far from that as possible. From the onset the service was exceptional from the staff I dealt with. In particular the Sean was keen to assist in anyway possible whilst his assistant had been equally helpful. So the goods identified, ordered and when it came to delivery the care taken to wrap and protect the goods matched that of the service throughout. Its a shame other retailers cannot match the service level...

If Carlsberg did Gifts Shop, they probably couldn't do better that this one :-)

UpSide Down Presents is simply a fantastic gift shop, small in stature on the outside, but full of character, great gifts, warm welcomes and friendly staff on the inside.

Their range of cards, pictures and gifts is second to non in Newcastle.

I find that when I pop in I end up buying stuff, then wondering who I can give it to, only to have second thoughts and keep it for myself :-).

Lovely people, friendly atmosphere, amazing products and a great customer service. Keep up...

Found this place on Instagram awhile back and knew we had to find it when we visited Newcastle. A little hard to come by , but once we knew where it was, we kept coming across it. What a fabulous place full of wonderful unique souvenirs of the North. After years of searching finally we've got a fridge magnet and car sticker, of our favourite place.
