Last Level Games — Local services in Norwich

Great little shop filled with a variety of Video Games. The staff member I spoke to was very polite, who’s name I didn’t get the opportunity to get. They spoke to both myself and a lot of other customers who came in to the shop, which goes a long way for me personally.

The shop, as mentioned wasn’t the biggest having a small front and small raised back area which unfortunately isn’t wheelchair friendly but I am sure they would find some way to accommodate due to the polite service I got from the staff member.

They had a wide range with games from Atari 2600, PlayStation, Dreamcast to Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox One etc with a good selection of consoles and handhelds. They also offer trade in for cash or trade-in which I experienced from 2 different customers that came in during my searching.

If you require a refund they are not pleasant about it, I'd really advise against this shop they made me feel so small, I negotiated a 3 pound discount in £60 worth of stuff and after the game didn't work and I was forced to walk back I asked for the full cost of the game returned as I had to walk there again because they don't check Thier games, I was eventually offered a refund but paid all in pound coins.

A huge selection of games for a relatively small shop! The thing that struck me was the pricing, which is all very reasonable.

I am a big retro gamer, so visit quite a few of these shops including some national chains, and Last Level have set their prices very fairly. You’ll definitely be hard pressed to find anything cheaper elsewhere, especially on hardware.

Bought a Dreamcast from here recently and it was half the eBay price and in great condition. No yellowing and in perfect working order.
