Food Factory — Local services in Nottingham

Whilst waiting for food I watched someone clean the windows 20.30 in the evening) when getting food I asked if the person whom cleaned the windows worked there and was told no, although the person disappeared behind the counter a few minutes before with there bucket, and I don’t believe an independent cleaner would be working at that hour.. I asked if they felt that cleaning the windows and throwing the blue paper roll used to dry the windows onto the street was acceptable and was told they agreed it was not.. after waiting 10min for a taxi outside No One had been out to clean the mess.. unacceptable, even if the guy cleaning the windows did not work there (not likely and an insult to my intelegence) one of the workers managers/owner should have acted on this and cleaned the mess made by there business from the street and then taken it up with whom made it.. I was polite at all times, this type of thing makes my blood boil and I needed to bring it to there attention. Chips was cold crispy can't get fork through them . Pie was dry and hard couldn't eat it? worst food from here received tonight. Prices are getting quite ridiculously expensive gave me gravy when asked for beans . I don't like to leave reviews like this but we do put quite a lot of money in most orders over £40 to receive cold hard small portions. Pizzas are tasteless no taste in pineapple ham is cheap and revolting. Fish is good about the best from here. never used to be like this .. few times this as happened whole food received tonight was garbage 🗑update 28 may order large chips £5.50 and was small only hand full. Aa big sack of potatoes don't cost what we received and we paid 13 pounds for rashion. It didn't fill us all so we ordered again from elsewhere as a regular you should not do this. The food was expensive. We ordered a plain garlic pizza and a Pepperoni Passion. The Pepperoni Passion was nice, BUT the garlic pizza, wasn't. It was burned, making it dry. The reason for 4 stars for service is because I complained and they made another, with more garlic, which we asked for to start with. Out of two toilets, only one was working.
