I booked my daughters 8th birthday party. I rang up and informed them that I had never been before and could they talk me though it. I was told its was for my daughter and 12 of her friends. They would need to all have waivers before they went as they would not be allowed to attend if they didn't. We arrived at 12:15 which was 15 minutes early. We asked if we could wait the 15 minutes in the cafe, but was told we would have to wait outside in the heat until the party host came and got us. She came out looked around and went back in. At 12:30 the time in which we should have arrived no one came out so we went in. We saw a party host, but she didn't say anything to any of the adults. Just started checking un the children. I was then told that I had booked 12 children and didnt book my own child so I had to pay for her to go to her own party. I did tell them that I was told it was for my daughter and 12 of her friends. I digress. Half of the stuff was closed when we arrived. (12:30) the foam pit with balance beams was only a quarter way full. Which in my opinion was dangerous. Myself and my friend had to stand there and help the children out of the pit. Everything looked dirty and tired. The staff looked like they just didn't want to be there. Ignored me everytime I tried to talk to them. And just a full lack of enthusiasm. Half the stuff you see on the website isn't actually there. A very muffled tanoy said for our party to go to room one. I had to ask around as I could not understand what was being said. There was no party host rounding up any of the children. Again that was left up to myself and my friend to do so. Went into a room with music blaring. And disco lights blinding the children while they ate. No where for the adults who paid for the whole thing to sit. After wondering what we do when we are in this room I went off to find the party host to ask. What do we do. And she was very.. "I couldn't care" attitude. Told me to do whatever. When she eventually did come up she asked me if I had a knife, paper plates or napkins for the cakes? I was surprised thinking i had paid almost £250 for this party and I also had to supply the knife and the plates for the cake?. When they ate the cake, I then had to hunt down the party host again to ask if the parents come up to collect thier children of if I'm supposed to bring the children down? She just said "whatever really" as if she wasnt really bothered. So I had to go down again. Collect parents and bring them back up. It was very unorganised. Not the "just relax and enjoy your child's party" I did most of the work.i just feel like it wasnt good value for money and I won't be returning again.

Please don't book your party here. It may be fun for the children. But for the price the parents pay you could do a lot better and you can just sit back and relax. I went to jump last year and they were fantastic. Fancied a change and went here....

Today i went to my granddaughters birthday party and was so disappointed are is why we got there a it before the time only by 10 to 15 mins but the girl [with no name tag and who did not tell her name ] told us to wait outside baring in mind the booking area was very big and it was very hot out side we went outside the girl said that she would call us when they were ready 12-30 came and went my daughter went to see what was going on to find the girl [ with no name] just standing there ask if we could come in yet the no name girl said we could then she went on to book the children in which seem to take for ever only to find that the child who's birthday it was did not have a place, so my daughter payed again the girl with no name ask the children to sit on a dirty floor to listen the rules on a big tv which was to quite and i am sure the children did not understand then the girl with no name said they could go and play we were told we could go to the café upstairs , my husband who has a problem waking had to clime the stairs as the lift was out of order as was the upstairs toilets the girl with no name was no were to be found there were not many staff around to tell the children were to go how it all works [very poor] my daughter had to help the children there was no safety to stop the children from just walking out of the building, in the café upstairs they had no buns for the beef/burgers [very poor] and not much else in way of food for the parents, after the children had there play someone said over the very hard to here tonoi that we were to go to room one for the party [ no sign of the girl with no name ] we made our way to room one to find the food on the tables going cold very loud music and lights on the children making the unable to see and very hot i moved the lights so the children could see to eat there very small meal, then the girl with no name came in to ask if we had plates for the cake my daughter was not told to bring plates or a knife to cut the cake, after this was sorted we ask the girl with no name if the parents pick the children from the room or do we have to go down stairs her replay was what ever. Please let it be said that we DO NOT blame the girl with no name it seems to me that no training was given in customer service, my husband saw that the fire lights were faulty, one of the corridors had no lights very dark and at the top of the stair way were chairs making it very difficult to get up and down all in all i will not be recommending this to all my mums who ask me to check it out not very clean, no staff to help, most of the games not working, no safety in place for...

When this place first opened it was amazing but over the last year or so it's just become so run down. Today's session was so disappointing due to the lack of equipment to enjoy, it was overcrowded as many things are shut off and these things were broken a year ago when we visited, they aren't replacing the obstacle course bouncy castle yet it's so deflated and the slide is always closed off, I remember how it was new when it wasn't full of holes that's been covered with duct tape, it's no longer enjoyable and if anything is a safety concern. They've removed the video screen by the trampolines. The air bag place is closed off, the running ramp is closed off. They've removed climbing equipment and installed a football thing which is ok but after queing for 10 mins of our 1 hour session i felt like that was a waste of time. Even the toilets to the ladies was closed and no one on reception mentioned this so I wasted part of my time just trying to locate somewhere and all the sign said was baby changing downstairs so I had to find someone to explain if there were any ladies toilets. The staff just seemed to want to shout at everyone for having fun, throwing the foam in the foam pit for example but not one sign of encouraging games or playful activities. Kids are bored and they try to entertain themselves and get told off, not a very fun day out. The VR was OK but blurry. The place needs alot of attention to bring it to the same standards as other facilities...
