Dissapointed duck tamarind tasted only of soy sauce, sauce thin and watery over all taste of salt no flavour or aroma of tamarind, squid was very good. See ew dish was hot on collection but again dissapointing only flavour over shadowed by the saltiness. Veg was fresh chicken was tender but sadly far too salty maybe too much msg was used ?

Thank you for your response to my comments, it wasn't meant to offend, perhaps the see ew dish was more a personal taste thing, as I'll say again the vegetables and chicken in the dish were fresh and the meat was tender.

It's great to read you don't use MSG For anyone who loves the strong flavour of soy sauce and texture of vegetables and meat it would be a 10 out of 10 so my review might even encourage others to order. I would like to try some of your other dishes. Regards to the Duck Tamarind when my companion has bought this dish from you in the past it has had a much stronger flavour of Tamarind and has always been her favourite dish, she raved about the squid she ordered she gave a , 10/10 but was simply left wanting more Tamarind flavour with the Duck. Next time I will take your suggestion and speak to you direct if there is any problem with my order. It's good that you invite customers to speak to you direct.
