Ordered a flat white with gingerbread and was given the sugar free syrup without asking if I wanted a skinny one or not). Could tell something wasn't right about it and was told that that's the only way they can give it to you in that particular shop. I asked if I could have it remade with a different full sugar syrup as I cannot stand the taste of artificial sweetener and seemingly was given another flat white with sugar free syrup. It tasted like really poor coffee. Begrudgingly threw it straight in the bin as I didn't want to ask again as I'm not sure I was popular for asking the first time! Worrying how vastly Costa can vary in terms of quality.
