Had our food delivered this evening, found a hair mixed in with toppings in the first bite! Rang to get a replacement, was very polite about it and the first guy I spoke to handled it wonderfully and was really apologetic…

However, once transferred to the manager it all went downhill. Very unhelpful, uninterested and unapologetic. Stated I had to send proof of hair and pizza to prove I wasn’t ‘scamming’ them. I explained the pizza only had one bite missing and I was happy to return it. He went on to say until they’d carried out the necessary checks their end, they could not send a replacement or offer a refund.

As requested the hair and pizza was emailed over, to which the reply we got via phone call, was no one here had that colour hair and there’s nothing we can do. When I asked for proof that the hair colours of staff could be sent to prove that he wasn’t scamming me out of my money, he replied they couldn’t do that. Not really sure where the manager learnt his level of customer service, but as someone who also works in hospitality, I’m happy to offer any advice on how to handle a customer complaint appropriately :)

It's the first time I've ever ordered from Pizza Hut and I was rather disappointed to say the least. "Peperoni Feast." Was more like grease in box with the circle of gresde it had left behind not to mention it being stained on to the slices itself dripping off and leaving my fingers and hands absolutely covered. Then with it's crisp bland base under cooked cheese that hadn't even melted can easily be compared to a cheap supermarket pizza in texture and presentation. Without a one single poxy dip being included and having to pay for any is ridiculous in it's own right. The only positive was the speed of the delivery but I can see why it didn't take ling to come given the end product I'd received. I wouldn't recommend or be giving a second chance. I ordered the large pizza deal with sides and a drink today, along with a tub of Ben and Jerrys through the Uber Eats app. Our drink was not delivered and the ice cream was the wrong flavour. The garlic bread was stone cold. The pizza was incredibly oily and it soaked into the box causing it to be flimsy. The delivery service was TERRIBLE. I said to the deliver that it was the wrong ice cream and he shrugged his shoulders and went no, then walked off. I am very disappointed with the food and service and will not be ordering...
