Staff are miserable and nowhere to be seen half the time, leaving parents stood waiting to come in. Any toys in the young play area and sensory room that need batteries dont work. The sensory room is below the daycare so instead of being relaxing, youre more concerned from the banging that sounds like the roofs about to come down. Half the tables always have reserved signs on despite no parties happening for hours so everyone is cramped into half the seating area with prams making it hard to maneuver around. The soft play area doesnt feel clean and neither did the sensory room, e.g. marks all over the light up pole in the corner. Toys just generally discoloured and dirty. Also very happy to charge for things despite advertised prices. Me and a few friends took our babies to the sensory room each paying £5 only afterwards did we see a sign saying £5 is for up to 3 adults and 3 babies so we didn't need to each pay. Also tried to get us to pay for the joint 'cheaper' rate of an hours play and sensory room even though we had babies that were under 6 months and so the normal play would be...
Read moreA fantastic play centre for young children! I recently visited this play centre with my two young daughters, and we had a wonderful time. The centre is bright, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide variety of play equipment to keep children of all ages entertained. My girls particularly loved the soft play area, which is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. It's full of colourful shapes, slides, and climbing frames, and it's a great place for them to burn off some energy. There's also a separate area for babies, with age-appropriate toys and activities. The staff at the play centre are friendly and helpful. They're always on hand to answer questions and make sure everyone is having a safe and enjoyable time. The centre also has a cafe serving a range of snacks and drinks, which is a welcome treat after a busy play session. Overall, I highly recommend this play centre to other parents with young children. It's a great place to let kids run around and have fun, and it's also a good value for money. We'll definitely...
Read moreI found this play area lacked a bit of TLC! The baby area had few toys, which all had missing pieces which meant they couldn't be played with. There was lots of dirt in the baby area, just random things that my 9 month old kept picking up and trying to eat. I think extra care is needed in the baby area to ensure there's no small parts for babies! The protective mats were worn and there was a few maintenance jobs that I noticed, for example there was a hole in one of the soft walls which looked like it could of caused an injury if a child was to play with it as there was sharp wood exposed. The high chairs were grubby and the whole place just lacked the "clean feel" which put me off ordering food in there. However, there was a member of staff hoovering and wiping tables. It just felt very dull and unloved! Overall, my 6 year old said she had fun but it wasn't the best as she noticed things were missing...
