Greggs — Restaurant in Rugby

The place is really good with amazing food and good ambience. But the behaviour of the staff who served me today is not up to the mark. The mid-aged woman was very rude and impatient. Greggs should really work on improving the attitude of their staff to the customers. They have to understand that they can’t blame customers if they have any personal issues. Not planning to visit here anytime soon. I feel sorry for the other staff...

1st time i visited this morning, and the staff looked miserable. No smile, thank you or anything.

The worst part is they don't give you a receipt. The customer before me asked for a receipt, and the look on the cashier was like WHY ?

I didn't even get a receipt. It seems like they are saving till receipts, and I didn't even bother asking as I wanted to get out ASAP.

Limited vegan/veggie food. They don’t keep the hot pastries stocked resulting in a 15/20 minute wait when ordered for them to be baked. Truly believe that when you can see that stock is running low, more should be put in the oven to save customers waiting upon arrival. Especially when it comes to meat free options considering they are limited anyway. Slow service and no one seems to know what...
