Too oldy- worldy for me personally, like stepping back in time - had to wait ages at the counter for just ONE customer who was not in a rush and had all day to chat to the staff, this shop seems to attract the older generation who come for a day out - which is fair enough, just not for me when I have to get to work every day! Prices were extortionate and on that basis I bought less than I wanted, but what I got was tasty enough. Could do better to modernise...

I use this shop regularly - a little on the pricey side but I enjoy the bread, cakes and pastries. I did feel sorry for the staff during the last week with this hot weather though - the shop was boiling hot. Some air conditioning would make their lives a bit more...
