I ordered it from Oriental but today for me and my partner I ordered the chicken some chips and some ribs. This took two hours to come and when it was delivered it was cold. I then phoned up to complain and got greeted with a very rude unprofessional staff member who proceeded to shout down the phone at me because Iāve put the cold food in the bin and wasnāt able to swap it. She also started telling me to them for the bin and to get my food and as I was explained so Iām unable to do that due to unhygienic reasons and also because of my job where I am a nurse and unable to be putting my hands in disgusting places as I donāt know what germs I can attract from that and possibly give to my patience which was explained to her on the phone And again I was told or in other words demanded to take my food out of the bin because they would not give me a refund the owner of the shop was also in the back shouting about me to the lady on the phone and it was an extremely rude unprofessional environment. Iāve never had any issues with this place. Iāve ordered from them many times but today was extremely disgusting the way that I was spoken to and I was also told because I could not rummage through the bin that they would then give me a phone number so I can take a picture of the food in the bin and that I was not allowed to order from there again because Iād asked for a refund or then send me some warm food after I sent them a picture of the food in the bin they have told me that that is not the food in the bin and that I was unable to get a refund and not being able to get some food I was...

Furthermore, several other customers, walked out after waiting, and then cancelling their orders, another customer advised, that when their phone rang not to take any more orders, āas you canāt meet the orders you already haveā and then left.
