Absolutely disgusting service. Have been using these guys for years. This one occasion our pizza was served to us raw. We requested a new pizza to be delivered which we were told could be as long as there is no more than one slice gone. (There was one and half slices gone due to eating one, putting it in the oven and trying to fix it, having a another couple of bites and it still being inedible) when the driver checked he said āsorry there is more than one slice gone āheā said I canāt give you the new one. We called the restaurant. For āhimā to scream and shout and my partner, calling us liars. All the while my new pizza is going cold. This cost me Ā£15.00, having never complained before in all the years using them, and politely asking for a fully cooked pizza. I am absolutely disgusted by the response we received. Who ever āheā was should be dealing with customer service. This should have been a simple case of āapologies for your raw pizza, will send a new one out nowā we even proved to the driver how raw the pizza was in the middle so he could see for himself. And one and a half pieces of a 10 slice pizza raw does not warrant being screamed at and told we have to pay Ā£15.00 for it. We eventually got our new pizza (cold after the horrendous phone call) and it was lovely. Iāve since complained to JustEat and would have thought by now I would have received an apology from the management. But Iāve heard nothing! Will never use again and will be advising many others...

We asked for salad on all 3 of our kebabs. We only received this āsaladā on one. The other two were plain, which we donāt understand why as we specifically asked for salad. Second of all. The chips were mushy and cold. We are located 5 minutes away from this takeaway, so donāt really understand that? Third of all, the customer service is SHOCKING! I rang up to explain that I was really disappointed as I had treated my colleagues to a takeaway for bank holiday. It was so awful that we had to bin it. I requested a refund and said i had taken photos of them to prove that they were incorrect. To which the man on the phone responded āwe need the food back in order to give you a refund and it needs to be untouched ā. ????? What were you going to do with it? Resell it? How were we to know how stale it tasted without touching it?! He then proceeded to shout at me saying it wasnāt fair and i was a liar. I was not about to climb in a huge bin to get these kebabs out for the sake of proving iām not a liar. He refused to mark my order as delivered so I couldnāt request a refund on the deliveroo app. NEVER ORDERING...
