Very disappointed!!!! Got a voucher from a friend to choose a treatment and visit retreat, but didn’t have a great welcome after saying my payment will be with my voucher! I don’t like complain or giving negative reviews for business, but I believe this can help the next person that can buy a voucher with them. They struggled to find time for me because was a voucher, I was about to give up the £40, but they didn’t give the money back, after few calls they managed to find me a time 🙏As soon as I got there I felt that everyone new I was the voucher person, didn’t few any welcome from them! To get better, I already had color in my nails, gel 🙏they asked where I had done, because if not shellac will be very hard to take off. So, the lady invited me for her room and start the service, asked how long I got, because wasn’t shellac and will take time🙏To be honest in that time I wanted just any color on the top of my color and job done, because I don’t like and believe I don’t deserve be treated like that, no one deserve, specially after pay in advance £40...

I had 3 treatments done at the retreat - gel feet, eyebrows wax and tint and lash lift. Unfortunately all 3 treatments were less than satisfactory. I didn’t fully inspect the treatments until I got home due to the treatment room being quite dark so couldn’t see the results clearly. My eyebrows were considerable wonky after the treatment and I had to correct myself at home - I’m still trying to grow these back into the right shape. The lash lift literally lifted only the very outer lashes and nothing else. The gel nails were extremely poor with some of my nails only half painted, air bubbles on several of them and even a line where it had clearly caught on something when wet. Really annoyed as was quite expensive and was really looking forward to treatments after not being able to have any for a while. POOR SERVICE, SLOW SERVICE and BAD MANICURE What a dreadful place for Leamington, the ladies serving were miserable and I only carried on to have my nails done there because my normal salon was closed. This can't be bothered to get up and meet a new customer and speak politely is so common in English hospitality - but these girls were sullen and rude.

The actual manicure (a removal of gel nail and replacement polish) took over an hour of incompetent scratching and actually made my nail bed sore. The quality of products is clearly not up to commercial standard - as the nail tips chipped the next day.
