I’ve grown up in Harford County my entire life ... Saxon’s was always THE place to go for jewelry. I got my ears pierced there when I was 9, I ordered my class ring from there when I graduated high school, I bought my daughter jewelry there for her Sweet 16. They have always been there. Last fall during an incredibly emotional and heartbreaking time with my father being in the hospital - I was also in charge of my daughters Senior Volleyball Banquet and the coaches gifts. The very last thing I wanted to do was leave his bedside and shop. I text Lance Hersh and briefly explained my situation and what the girls had decided to get for their coach. His immediate response was, “don’t worry about it - we will take care of it. It will be gift wrapped and ready for your daughter when she gets here” ...and it was! Last night I went in to pick up something for my Mothers birthday - had to be super special because this was the first without Dad. I found it almost right away. While it was being gift wrapped I walked over to thank Lance once again for “saving me” last fall with the coaches gift... and his first question was, how are you? How is your Mom? I’m so sorry about your Dad. You will NEVER find another store, another owner, or another staff who are more genuinely caring and invested in the community in which they live and serve. I will forever and only recommend Saxon’s to everyone I know. Thank you all for being so kind and so caring - Harford County is blessed...
