Let me tell you about my experience here today! I purchased the Mediterranean greens with Grain salad, added corn, cilantro, salt and pepper and removed the romaine. This is my 4th time in two weeks ordering this salad due to Panera Bread offering me a $2 off on the salad in the app. Yesterday, my salad was not made at the same level as the previous ones. I was given more topping and hummus with a small amount of greens. I started looking through my cabinet for items to add to the salad. I found some tuna and the meat helped reduce the hummus taste. The hummus was overpowering due to the lack of unequal ingredients but today…….🤤🤤 I was dancing in the kitchen! 😂🤍
I removed the romaine lettuce again and I switched up my dressing. Instead of the Greek dressing, I tried white balsamic apple vinaigrette😱 the flavor changed the entire salad for the best 💙 🍾 I added tuna again, toasted the French bread and dived in😍 the cilantro amplified the flavor as well!!🤨 I didn’t see this coming!
Whoever made my salad today, thank you!! My only suggestion, can you put the salad dressings off to the side? I don’t like to see the container stuffed in my hummus. 🤨 Also, can someone add more protein options under the customize tab? I don’t eat chicken and I would like to add tuna sometimes. Oh, add butter, if available, for the bread. I prefer to come home and toast my bread.
Lastly, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was hard to touch. I warmed it up in the oven for a few minutes and OMG😱🤤🤤 I could taste all the ingredients throughout the cookie🩵 I thought the chocolate minis were delicious but the large ones are even better!

Read moreAfter a day of shopping, we stopped at Panera’s for dinner. As soon as we walked in the door, staff were arguing who goes on break first. As they took my order, they were more focused on their break. I had a gift card which had to be entered manually. The person taking my order had nails so long she couldn’t enter the numbers. She then hands the card to the manager who accuses me of trying to use a card I picked up off the rack that had not been activated. I whipped out the receipt with the card balance on it and the manager looked at it and turned to me and said your card has a zero balance. She refused to enter the number. I calmly took out my credit card and paid for my meal. When I picked up my order it was not what I ordered. The place was dirty and the staff nasty except for those who prepared the food—they were respectful but very much aware of what was going on. I watched other customers who seemed very unhappy with the service. I reported this to the district office and hopefully the restaurant is under new management and staff. I received the email and app notification that my order was ready, to come inside, and check the shelves. I arrive and nothing is on the pick up shelf. I asked an employee for assistance and she said she'd help after helping the person ahead of me. I move to the side and another associate asked if I'd been helped. I told her I was waiting on an order and gave her my name. She then told me she was putting my order together. As I wait and watch her she starts telling me that multiple items on my order are not available and asked what I'd like substituted. I became frustrated as I placed the order the night before and it was past the pick up time I requested. Long story short... my order was already packed and in the back.
