So I order a Footlong on the App. It demands u pay immediately and never allows u to Pay on Pickup at the store the way Dominos Pizza & other apps allow.
They chage me $5+ to add on Chips and a drink at the store.
2 young girls working mopoed the floor. Its not even near Closing time. Wets floors are a slip n fall hazard. I could not get to the drink machine or chips rack safely. I had to question them for 7 minutes before 1 girl dried the floor off a bit w the mop. It was still wet where u could slip but at least she made the effort.
The other girl who originally mopped the floor wouldnt do any thing. She created a standoff & refused to correct the situation, her actions or herself.
Ive owned & operated 3 pizza & sub shops and wdve fired her for willful negligence, endangering customers needlessly and refusing to take responsibility for her actions. The rebellious attitude goes against what Great Customer Service is all about. She is negative & refuses to do her job. She was totally UNWILLING to help & swore "the mop doesnt wring out any better, its soapy." Its called lazyness.
Yeah, blame it on the mop and not the mopper!!!
Theres no apology & no concern or care for customer safety. You are not a priority at the Aberdeen, MD location.

   Read moreTypically have a good experience at this subway NOT this evening however. It is May 4, 8 pm 2022 and the two young men working had a rude attitude from the moment I entered this store. I entered the store with my service dog wearing a service vest with identification available. I was asked if this animal was a service dog and answered yes. Not the problem... however, when I proceeded to order a young dark haired male employee glared at me as if I were a liar. This was not the rude young man that proceeded to make my order, a large black forest ham submarine. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20 plus years and have also owned restaurants. As such I can visually measure ingredients in ounces. The young man preparing my sandwich used approximately 3 ounces of ham for a large. It was transparent and didn't even cover the sandwich to within 2 inches of the end of the roll. I told the young man this was not acceptable and he proceeded to reply in a flippant manner that he would have to charge extra for anything more than a wish sandwich. At this point I canceled the order. I come to this location often and have never had this poor experience before. I'll give it another chance should I see that these two young men are not behind...
   Read moreThis was my first time at this Subway. I am a delivery driver and decided to go here. I ordered on the app so it would be ready when I arrived. It was not ready. There were 2 high schoolers working and they were chit chatting with friends inside the store. I walk in, it's not ready, they say they will make it right away (they hadn't even started yet). 30 seconds later a customer walks in, they help him and make his sandwhich right away, and stop making mine. They finish with him and go back to mine, another customer comes in, same thing, help them and stop working on mine, the whole time they are still chit chatting with friends who don't work there, just hanging out. My food is finally ready, ordered 2 subs. 1 is supposed to be toasted, the other not toasted, neither were toasted and one of the subs was completely wrong with the toppings (missing 3 of them).
