Sophia Nasty sale associate - purchase bag on 17th only took off tag off never took sticker off inside that I did not even see , never made it out door bag had snagged my dress up in back. Took back to store on 7/23 . Her attitude, I asked what was return policy, was told can’t accept if tag off or used well nothing wrong with bag, Use never used. Girl had attitude from moment I said I had a return. Told me, She had no control over the product.. well don’t sell junk!! And ask people to pay 50.00 for your junk!! The bag was shaggy and the straw was catching my dress, it was cheap made. Fact my dress was still in part of bag!!! When transaction was done, had nerve to say to me your WELCOME, as if she did something for me! My question Sophia what did you do? You gave me my money back for your poor product, as you should!! Have a better attitude when the customer comes into your store and learn what customer service is!! Also, do product control of your merchandise, what a poor excuse !! Or close...

This store was unable to process a return order of $120. They were unable to record this return in their system and then said there’s nothing they can do on their end except email customer service my purchase history which for their convenience surprisingly doesn’t have the return record. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Their system is unable to process a return. I asked them to check their cctv, apparently they don’t have cameras in store. They were so defensive and ultimately saying I never came into return. They didn’t even offer to investigate on their end with their staff. This store is unable to resolve customer concerns, be responsible for issues they created, hold their staff accountable, and investigate this issue within their processes. This is the only review I’ve ever made so here it goes .. So I excitedly went into this store looking for jewelry pieces for my engagement pictures tomorrow. When I entered I was met with a icy cold millennial girl with brown hair who didn’t even greet me or acknowledge me at all at the register. She was very cold and short with me for example. When she handed me my things she simply said “here”.. like seriously .. “here” ?! Anyone who’s ever worked in retail knows that that is an unacceptable customer service. I drove 35 minutes to spend my money at this place after a long day of saving lives and that’s not the experience I was expecting to get .
