I had my daughter’s third birthday party here and it was amazing! Someone actually said it was the best kids’ birthday party they’ve been to! We originally booked it because I went there once and my daughter loved it so much, and it was just a hit.

Also, they clean the place really well. I was surprised at how clean and organized it was because I’ve seen how it can get when it’s busy during business hours.

The only bad part was that the attendant was pretty rude most of the time. It really felt like we were being pushed out as soon as the time hit, like if you overstay your welcome somewhere and their mood suddenly changes to “what the heck are you still doing here”, except also her mood was kind of like that the whole time. I won’t go through the list of grievances there, but there’s a list.

Still five stars though, because overall, it’s just a great place to have a party and I’d do it again. A rude employee isn’t enough to take away from a party experience that frankly, felt like a huge parenting win. It’s for a kid turning three, our only kid, so it’s the first time we’ve put together a proper kids party, and I’m still so thrilled that it went well. The kids loved it, the adults loved it,...

We went there for a first bday party yesterday. The person at the front desk who I assumed is the owner had a very bad attitude from the moment we checked in. I actually had to ask her if she was ok. She didn't show us anything, neve checked on any of us during the party. Didn't even get up from the chair to show us where the party was set up, where we can find supplies, etc. I still don't know where the bathroom was or anything. The worse bday party experience I have ever had and I have been doing this for a long time as a mom of 3 kids!! They also turned the lights out while we were cleaning up. Just rude. Don't have your child's birthday here. It's cute for pictures, but there are alot of other places that will treat you way better and give you the same type of set up, etc. As a customer, I feel as though the owners need to take a course on customer service and how to run a business. It's not just sitting on a chair and being rude to the people who are helping you stay in business!! All of the guests said the same thing about the woman. She was terrible. I took my daughter here today and she had a blast. We go to a lot of these sorts of places and if I am being honest this one was one of the smaller ones. It had some of the less impressive equipment I’ve seen at these type of places, but she probably had more fun than she does at the bigger ones. She was on go the entire time. She climbed every single thing in that place for the 2 hours we were there. There’s stuff for toddlers to do from wall to wall and she discovered it all. So while it wasn’t as crazy as some of the places we have gone, she loved it so much that I whole heartedly believe this place deserves 5 stars for the entertainment value. Price wise it is on the higher end when compared to some of these places (average being 8-12 bucks), but what can you really expect from Willow Grove? I would happily pay the 15 bucks a couple times a week to let her burn some energy.
