I would like to know if this is true, so if management can please contact me. I shopped at rally house willow grove, PA. I was told I have to give an email in order to purchase anything. I find this to be an awful policy. There was absolutely no option and I’m pissed at myself for buying the merchandise honestly, and i will never go back again. I had already spent a half hour in there, picking out things for my father, and didn’t feel like I had more time to shop for anything else. Why are you making people give out personal information that they don’t want to? I was also promised that I would not receive any email that it was only to look things up in the store, and again I was told by three people there that I had to give my email - there was no other way for me to purchase anything. Read moreI work retail - the cashier- Sean was horrible quite honestly - left a lot to be desired - I politely said hello how are you just like I greet my own customers- he didn't even lift his head to acknowledge me and say hello back - he was just ignorant - when he did speak I could barely even hear him - "enter you email" with no explanation as to anything - I am a sales manager in a retail clothing store - he wouldn't have made it in my store. Make some eye contact and be polite -it goes a long way. No one asked if they could help us in the store either - we did all our own searching for product. I wont go back to that...
